Demos is a Chartered Engineer who studied at UCL in London. Originally from Cyprus, he spent ten years in the UK for his education and career. Upon deciding to return home, he faced challenges with bureaucracy and company registration. Understanding the stress this can cause for newcomers, he teamed up with Evi to the relocation process to Cyprus and provide direct solutions for those looking to move here.

Anthea holds an LLB (Hons) from King’s College London and an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. She specialises in property law, with extensive experience in real estate transactions, acquisitions, and due diligence for both individuals and corporate clients. She also advises on immigration, visa, and relocation matters, offering comprehensive support to clients moving to or investing in Cyprus. Her practice extends to corporate and commercial law, as well as the establishment and administration of Cyprus and international trusts and companies.
